Welcome to En Vogue Modelling Academy — a place where confidence is built, individuality is celebrated, and lives are transformed.

 

Founded over 35 years ago, En Vogue was created with a powerful purpose: to empower women through confidence, self-expression, and personal development. It was built by strong, inspiring women who believed in creating a space where students could thrive — not only in modelling, but in life. I’m deeply honoured to now be leading this legacy, one that has grown from a line of successful, trailblazing women who paved the way for so many.

 

My name is Natalie, and I’m the proud Principal of En Vogue. This academy is my life’s passion. I first walked through its doors 25 years ago as a young 20-year-old with no real direction. With the support of the incredible Giovanna and the transformative experiences I had, En Vogue changed my life.

 

Since then, I’ve worked across Tasmania in television, catalogue work, promotional campaigns, and event management. I’ve proudly represented the state in numerous modelling competitions, taught across the state, judged events, run my own modelling agency, and served as Assistant Principal before stepping into the role I now hold.

 

At En Vogue, we support every path — whether you’re aspiring to enter the world of professional modelling or simply want to build confidence and grow as a person. We are all about creating opportunities, building careers, and nurturing strong, self-assured individuals.

 

My vision is to grow En Vogue statewide and beyond  and partner with as many schools, photographers, community groups, and organisations as possible to reach and uplift more students.
